Participation Levels

We understand that no two businesses are alike and that choice and flexibility are critical to achieving your business goals. Whether you’re just entering the Enterprise space or are a proven Turnkey Solutions Provider, the Accelerator Partner Program has a partnership level that’s right for you.

Platinum
The Platinum Program was designed for partners with a proven level of expertise in developing and delivering complete storage solutions. Platinum Partners receive our highest level of program benefits by making a premier-level commitment to revenue achievement and technical expertise.

Silver
The Silver Program was specially designed for partners just entering the storage marketplace or whose business goals do not include providing turnkey solutions to clients. You will enjoy many program benefits with no commitment to revenue achievement and a minimum level of specialized technical expertise.

Partner Training

Training classes and authorization programs are available for qualified partners.  Certification of critical skills is vital to building your services business. The following training authorizations are available to eligible Fujitsu Enterprise Partners:

Install and Configure Services Provider
Participating Partners are authorized to perform installation and configuration of the Fujitsu ETERNUS Storage systems. Following installation, Fujitsu assumes all maintenance functions.

Authorized Service Provider
Participating Partners are authorized to provide Level 1 Support for the Fujitsu ETERNUS Storage Subsystem. Fujitsu provides Level 2 Support.

Solution Services Provider
Fujitsu provides a non-competitive program that can augment your current solution service offerings.  Fujitsu experts seamlessly join your team to provide your customer an expanded service base, enabling you to grow your solution services revenue. All Partners are immediately authorized to resell Fujitsu Solution Services. Platinum Members are further eligible to participate in the Fujitsu Solution Services Provider Program.
