Where can I obtain a copy
of the rebate form?
You can obtain a copy of the rebate form by clicking
on the “printable rebate form” from the
Fujitsu product web pages or Fujitsu Offers & Specials
web page.
What documentation will
I need to submit to qualify for a rebate?
- A legible copy of your dated sales receipt.
- For Fujitsu Online Store purchases, please print
and include your order confirmation page.
- Cut-out of original box label with model number
and bar code found on the outside of the product box
your computer came in.
- A completed rebate form.
Check the terms and conditions for your specific rebate
requirements. Fujitsu and their fulfillment company
are not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected,
or postage-due requests.
What does the box label
with model number and bar code look like and where can
it be found?
The box label with model number and bar code is located
on the outside of the product box your computer came
in. You must submit the original box label with model
number and bar code to the rebate center. Failure to
submit the original box label with model number and
bar code will result in an ineligible submission. For

Can I still apply for the
rebate without the original proof-of-purchase?
No, rebates will not be paid without proof-of-purchase.
A legible copy of your dated sales receipt or Fujitsu
Online Store purchase confirmation page must be included
with your rebate request.
What if I don’t have
a street address, only a P.O. Box?
You must provide a valid street address. Requests from
P.O. Boxes will not be honored or acknowledged.
Can I apply for more than
one rebate?
Limit of one rebate per household address, and one per
person. Requests from groups or organizations will not
be honored or acknowledged.
What address should I send
my rebate request to?
Mail your completed rebate form, along with a copy of
your dated sales receipt and cut-out of original box
label with model number and bar code to the address
provided on the rebate form.
What’s the deadline
for sending in my rebate?
Your completed rebate form along with a copy of your
dated sales receipt and cut-out of original box label
with model number must be postmarked by the required
postmark date listed on your qualifying rebate form.
Any rebate claims postmarked after the required postmark
date will not be processed.
What if I forgot to send
in for my rebate and now it has expired. If I send it
in late, will I be able to get my rebate?
Promotions such as rebates are carefully planned for
very specific timeframes. If the postmark date has passed
for your rebate, unfortunately you will not qualify.
Please be sure to send in for your rebate right away
in the future.
How long does it take to
process a rebate?
It takes up to 8 to 10 weeks to process a rebate claim
from the day it is received at the rebate center.
Why does it take up to 8
to 10 weeks to process my rebate?
Our rebate center handles millions of rebates, and each
request is handled separately. This level of individual
attention is why it can take up to 8 to 10 weeks to
process a rebate.
How do I check the status
of a Fujitsu rebate?

or call 877-265-3115
I checked the status of
my rebate and it states that my submission is invalid.
What do I need to do to receive my rebate?
If you are invalid due to missing information such as
copy of your dated sales receipt, order confirmation
page, or cut-out of original box label with model number
and bar code, you may submit the missing information
to the address provided on the rebate form. You will
have 30 days to resubmit the correct information. Once
the rebate center receives your resubmitted rebate information,
it takes up to 8 to 10 weeks to process your rebate
claim from the day it is received at the rebate center.
I received a non-compliance
post card, and I resubmitted my rebate information,
and I still have not received my rebate check. Who do
I contact?

information, it takes up to 8 to 10 weeks to process
your rebate claim from the day it is received at the
